Creating Space sponsorship package

  • Apply for one of five Creating Space sponsorship packages between 1 April 2024 and 31st May 2024 and you could be one of five lucky Auckland based organizations to be awarded a $10,000 cash grant and the use of 2 storage units for 1 year at a National Mini Storage – size TBC based on location, requirements, and availability.

Eligibility

  • The sponsorship package is open to all Auckland based charities, community organizations, non-profits, schools and sports teams.
  • Applications must be made online at www.nationalministorage.co.nz/creatingspace between 1 April 2024 and 31 May 2024. Late applications will not be accepted.
  • Employees of National Mini Storage, their advertising agencies and subsidiaries are not eligible to apply for this sponsorship package.

How to Enter

  • Each eligible applicant for the Creating Space sponsorship package must complete the application through www.nationalministorage.co.nz/creatingspace
  • Only one application into the Sponsorship package will be accepted per applicant.
  • The person/organisation listed as the applicant on the website application is deemed the entrant in the event of any dispute.
  • If an eligible applicant’s contact details change before the selection date of 27 June 2024, the eligible applicant is responsible for contacting National Mini Storage via email to creatingspace@nationalministorage.co.nz to amend those details.
  • National Mini Storage is not responsible for entries that are late, misdirected or lost and takes no responsibility for any entries not lodged correctly via the www.nationalministorage.co.nz/creatingspace application form.

The Sponsorship

  • A sponsorship package consists of one of five $10,000 cash grants and 1 year’s use of 2 storage units at a National Mini Storage – size TBC based on location, requirements, and availability.
  • A sponsorship package is non-transferable or exchangeable.
  • There is a maximum of five $10,000 cash grants and 1 year’s use of 2 storage units at a National Mini Storage branch.
  • The 5 successful applicants will be chosen by National Mini Storage management from all eligible applications on 27 June 2024 (“selection date”).
  • The 5 successful applicants will be notified via telephone and / or email (depending on contact details provided on application) within 48 hours (2 days) of the selection date.
  • If the successful applicant does not respond within 72 hours (3 days) of National Mini Storage attempting to make contact, the successful applicant will be deemed to have forfeited the Sponsorship package and a new successful applicant will be chosen.
  • The $10,000 cash grant will be paid by way of electronic funds transfer into the bank account provided by the successful applicant on receipt of a tax invoice.

Further Terms and Conditions

  • National Mini Storage collects personal information such as contact details for the purpose of awarding the sponsorship packages and for future marketing and promotional purposes i.e., successful applicant announcements may be posted on social media, website or print media.
  • By applying for a sponsorship package, you agree to the use of your name or organisation for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation.
  • Successful applicants will provide National Mini Storage with logo’s to be used on website and social media or other media in the promotion of the sponsorship packages.
  • Successful applicants will provide National Mini Storage with photos and regular updates on what the impact the cash grant and use of storage units have had. These photos and updates may be used by National Mini Storage for promotional purposes.
  • National Mini Storage may amend these terms and conditions at any time.
  • You understand that you are providing your information to National Mini Storage. The information you provide will be held and used only for the purpose of this sponsorship package.
