With generously sized driveways there is ample room to park right outside the storage unit, with enough turning room for cars with trailers, utes, vans, and even light commercial vehicles.

Undercover Loading Bay

There’s plenty of parking and room to unload from cars and trucks at our undercover loading bays.

Trolleys

Flat deck trolleys and a pallet jack are available free to use to help load and unload your goods.

The day we were meant to start our storage, there were massive flood issues all over Auckland. They pro-actively sent out an email asking people to come check their storage unit. I was expecting a stressed out team to have limited patience for all my questions considering the floods. But no, the team was friendly, ready for a big day and trying to keep the atmosphere fun and light hearted. I was immediately offered storage in an alternate location, only 3km away, in very nice modern and clean facilities. Transferring my account to the new location went really smoothly and the new location was ready for me when I arrived. Fantastic customer service. We will definitely use mini national storage again for any future storage needs we have!

Stored with them for over 2 years. Reasonable pricing, good range of unit sizes, great customer service, and I always felt my items were secure.

Had a large unit for 5 years here. Never had a problem - access was great,communication also. Goods not damaged at all, dry as a bone! Highly recommend this facility if you have a storage need.

The storage shed we booked was not available when we moved in but we were promised a credit at end of term. We were pretty happy with the ease of access and the caretaker there was always friendly.I contacted the company back in April to let them know we were finishing our term in June and also notified them of a leak. Still waiting to hear back and have sent a couple emails following up since then. Terrible customer service.
