First time ever using a storage company so walked in with little knowledge on how it works however, the service we received from the Takanini branch was incredible. Customer service was A++ and signup process quick and easy. The place is extremely clean and has high security fences which made us feel confident to store our belongings here. Our first and most likely the only storage facility we'll use as long as we're in the area. Thank you - Starling

Place is clean and heaps of equipment to help with lifting. Staff are excellent. 5 stars because on top of that I am getting 25% off for the first 4 months.

Great reception and intro service from Laina when i signed up. I like the demo storage unit too which made it easy to go in and see the sizes in person. I felt prices were reasonable (I didn't really look around at last minute) and they offer specials every now and then so i received a discount for 3 months. Was easy to access whenever I needed. Good communication around any updates or changes. Would definitely recommend and use again.
