We collect personal information that you provide to us directly through your storage agreement, when you contact us and when you purchase products and services through our website. That personal information will include your name, contact details and information about the products and services you purchase from us.

- your full name (including current and any former name) and date of birth;
- your personal and business contact details (including addresses, landline or mobile phone numbers and e-mail addresses);
- your image, location and movements on closed circuit television (CCTV);
- For recruitment purposes we collect personal information such as your employment details (including company names, job titles and business sector details);
- your banking and payment details
- your personal information provided through business dealings where a business relationship is established such as our suppliers and contractors
- contact and identification details of any third party that has been authorised to negotiate or provide personal information on your behalf (including any attorneys appointed by you under a power of attorney).
- any information required for security reasons (for example, your image, location and movements on closed circuit television or a copy of your passport or driver’s licence).
- any correspondence or dealings between you and National Mini Storage; and

This information is generally collected through, for example, storage bookings and payments, online queries or administration processes or sponsorship and business dealings with you.
How we use your personal information
We will hold your personal information in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and we will use it for:
- providing you access to your storage unit
- managing your agreements with us
- facilitating the sale of any products and services you buy from us
- recommending products or services to you, keeping you informed about our business and contacting you about our products and services you might be interested in.
- Marketing on social media, google reviews and sponsorship information
We will only disclose your personal information where we are required to do so by applicable law. We may provide your personal information to any nominated alternate contact person specified in your storage agreement or that you have notified to us in writing.
We use our best efforts to keep your information secure, confidential and protected.
We delete information we do not have a reason to keep.
Your right to request access and correction
CCTV
National Mini Storage uses camera surveillance systems (known as CCTV) for the purposes of ensuring our branches and offices are safe and secure. The CCTV systems may also collect and store personal information we will comply with all privacy legislation in respect of any such information.
