People Affected by Flood

For anyone that has been affected by flooding and needs storage, we are offering the first month of storage free at any of our storage facilities until 28 February. For bookings please call us on 0800 786 764. Terms and Conditions.

Parnell:

All systems are now back up and running and our front gate is working; so all customers now have full access again to the facility and storage units between our normal times of 6am to 9pm.

The past 3 weeks have been challenging to say the least, so thank you for being kind to our people on site and patient with other customers as it may well be a little busier on site than usual given many of you have been waiting patiently to return to site.

Update: Tuesday 7 February, 2023

Parnell:

We have made good progress in assisting our ground floor customers to salvage or dispose of items. We are still unable to fully reopen our branch at this stage, however if you need anything urgently from your storage unit(s) on floors 2-6 then please visit our site between 9am-5pm weekdays, 8am-4pm Saturdays. We hope to be able to allow normal access very soon and will inform of progress.

Update: 3pm, Sunday 29 January, 2023

Parnell:

Our Parnell branch is closed due to flooding. There is no access to the facility until further notice for safety. The wastewater system in the Parnell area was unable to cope and the whole area was flooded. Unfortunately sewage and petrol have contaminated the water. Ground floor units have been affected. Emails have been sent to all Parnell customers with information. We are working our way through contacting affected customers.

Albany 1 (Miro Place):

The motorway bank collapsed with soil and water flooding our site. Access is possible to the site to check your storage unit. Information has been emailed to all customers.
