How is my order shipped?
National Mini Storage uses NZ Couriers to ship our boxes. When you place an order, we pick the boxes and packaging materials and book a courier to collect. Once the courier has been booked, we will send you an email notification with a link for tracking your order.
How long should I allow for delivery within Auckland?
If your order is placed before midday, you can expect delivery the next working day. Please allow two working days if your order is placed after midday.
How long should I wait before contacting you if my parcel has not arrived?
If your package is not delivered within the before mentioned timeframes, please contact us on 0800 786 764. You are welcome to contact us at any time with questions or an update on your order.
Do you offer a refund or exchange if I change my mind?
Please choose boxes and packaging carefully as we cannot offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind. We do our best to make sure that our website has all relevant information about our products available to customers, however, if you don’t find your answer on the website, feel free to contact us on 0800 786 764.
What do I do if my goods arrive damaged?
We do our very best to ensure that your order arrives at you in excellent condition. If any items arrive damaged, please contact us and provide detailed picture evidence. Any damage to products must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
